.An enjoyable stay made so good by the staff

Adequate but not as good as it once was with no Indian foods, little Japanese food, dim sum , no bread varieties and an over emphasis on pork dishes. The staff were excellent.

decent, but nothing to shout about. good stay

wifi was really bad in my room, water pressure in the shower was low, leading to unsatisfying shower. aside from these, there are really nothing too terrible to complain, or fantastic to rave about. it is priced appropriately for what I had.

Overall stay not too bad. Staff are helpful and there is no communication barriers.

Location is awesome. Mall is directly beside.

The room was quite run down. Electric sockets not enough and also, whole place is quite dark. The hotel transfer service is lousy. I made a booking with local agency and there was a miscomm hence last minute I use the hotel airport transfer service. The lady issue a receipt that is the wrong date (the next day) and there is no amount written. I was in a rush to airport hence I did not check. However due to this, I was unable to claim back my transport payment with the useless receipt.

If you just need a place to sleep that is well located, this is excellent.

Excellent central location. Practically attached to Platinum Fashion Mall.

Rooms are quite old so the carpet is not super clean. Not enough sunlight as well.

I'm happy with the location of the hotel. Other than that, the hotel should be considered renovation

The location is perfect, but the room and furniture are a bit old. In my room, the shower cannot be adjusted because it looses a grasp of the pole. In my opinion, the minimal renovation should be done.

The bed. I can say that the bed mattress is quite old as the spring inside the mattress makes me very uncomfortable to sleep. The hair dryer plug is quite scary as there is only one wire to get the electricity without having proper plug.
